Get to know AtelierX.
Can I try it before creating an account?
Yes. The plumbing demo contains fictional data and can be explored without registering. Create an account and start a trial to work with your own records. Open the demo.
How does the free trial work?
You get 14 days of Premium without a credit card. Afterwards, continue with free Base within its limits or choose a Premium plan.
What are the Base plan limits?
Base includes up to 25 customers, 50 materials and 30 appointments, plus quotes and jobs. Premium features are listed on the pricing page.
Can I use my phone and computer?
Yes. Open AtelierX in your browser and sign in with the same account. You can also add the site to your phone's Home Screen: see the installation guide.
Does the customer need to register to read a quote?
They can view the quote using the public link you share. They do not need access to your AtelierX account.
Does AtelierX submit invoices to Italy's SdI system?
No. With Premium you can download a FatturaPA XML file. Your accountant or invoicing service must handle submission.
Where can I get support?
Write to support@atelierx.pro with your device and the step you need help with. Do not send passwords or access codes.
