Terms of service
AtelierX is SaaS business software for trades, provided by SHARDANA SOCCORSO SOCIETA' COOPERATIVA SOCIALE A R.L. (VAT 01179390958), with Guerra Maurizio as application technical manager. Use implies acceptance of these terms and the privacy notice.
Plans
Base (free): up to 25 customers, 50 materials and 30 appointments. Quotes and jobs remain available. Navigation, advanced stock management, internal invoices, orders, vehicles, sending to a phone and PDFs are Premium features.
Premium: €29/month or €290/year, with VAT according to the provider's tax regime and automatic renewal through Stripe. Cancel through the card payment portal; access remains active until the end of the paid period.
In-app invoices
Documents called “invoices” in AtelierX are working or courtesy copies issued by the trade professional to their customers. They are not electronic invoices, are not submitted to Italy's SdI system and are not managed by Shardana Soccorso. Users issue their tax invoices using their own tool, such as Danea, and their own VAT number.
Shardana Soccorso invoices only the Premium subscription (€29/month or €290/year) to AtelierX users. It is not a tax intermediary, withholding agent or SdI issuer acting on behalf of trade professionals. Any submission to Fattura24 / Fatture in Cloud or Danea export uses the trade professional's account.
Accounts
You are responsible for your password, Authenticator, entered data and your right to process customer data. Unlawful use and overloading the service are prohibited.
Consumers and business purchases
If you purchase as a consumer, you have a 14-day withdrawal period if you have not used Premium. Consumer withdrawal rights do not apply to purchases made with a VAT number in the course of business.
Availability
The service is provided “as is”. Maintenance downtime may occur. We are not responsible for lost earnings or data held only on a local device: make backups.
Termination and deletion
You can close your account in Settings. Payments already charged are not refunded except where required by applicable law.
Processing your customers' data
Registration also accepts the data processing agreement (DPA, GDPR Article 28), appointing Shardana Soccorso as processor for the customer records you enter.
